Plumbing and water heaters

New plumbing installs, full system replacement and every kind of water heater repair, handled by the same licensed and certified team that already services your furnace.

Chapter 01

New plumbing, start to finish

New toilet, shower and sink installations, full plumbing system replacement, and new construction plumbing where the layout does not exist yet. On a new build or an addition, that last one means working the bathroom dimensions out against the plumbing, electrical and power supply that also have to fit in the same walls, not just running pipe to wherever looked convenient on the drawing.

A full system replacement is its own kind of job, usually because the supply lines are old enough that one repair keeps turning into the next one a few months later. Rather than patching the same section of pipe twice, we plan the whole run so the fixtures, the shutoffs and the pressure all end up consistent, instead of a house that is a patchwork of whatever decade each section was last touched.

The same licensed team that walks a furnace install through code also walks a plumbing install through it, which is the practical reason one call covers both.

Water heaters

We repair and replace every kind of water heater, service them on a schedule, and carry Navien tankless units for anyone replacing a tank system with one that only heats water as it is drawn instead of keeping a tank hot around the clock. Installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs of all kinds are all the same job to us, whether the unit in the basement is fifteen years old or brand new.

A tank heater that is starting to rumble, run out of hot water faster than it used to, or leak from the base is usually more efficient to replace than to keep nursing along, and we will tell you honestly which side of that line your unit is on rather than defaulting to a sale.

A Navien tankless unit swaps that equation for a machine that only fires when a tap is open, so there is no tank sitting warm all day waiting to be used. It is a bigger install than a like-for-like tank swap, because the gas line, venting and water connections are all sized differently, and we will walk you through what that changeover actually involves before you commit to it.

Chapter 03

Why the heating company does your plumbing

The straight answer is that it is the same licensed and certified team, not a different trade wearing our logo. The people who diagnose a furnace or an AC problem in your basement are trained and licensed on the plumbing side too, and that is a genuine convenience, not a claim that we are a dedicated plumbing house the way a business that only does plumbing is.

What that means in practice: one office, one phone number and one crew that already knows your mechanical room if you have called us before, whether the job in front of them is a furnace or a fixture.

24-hour emergency service

A burst supply line or a water heater that fails overnight does not wait for office hours, so the same emergency line that covers a furnace going out in January covers plumbing too. Call the number below any time, day or night, and it reaches the crew on call.

One licensed crew, not a plumber borrowed for the day

Plumbing and HVAC end up in the same mechanical room more often than not, a water heater feeding off the same gas line as the furnace, supply and drain running past the same ductwork they were both roughed in against. Having one licensed team cover both means the plumbing work is planned around the mechanical system that is already there, instead of two separate contractors working the same basement without comparing notes.

In plain words: it is the same licensed crew that already knows your furnace, just doing the plumbing job too, not a subcontractor we called in for the afternoon.
