A furnace that will not light is a different job to one that short cycles all afternoon, and the more detail we have before we show up, the less time the visit takes and the more accurate the estimate.
Estimates on residential heating and cooling are free, including a full replacement quote, and that goes for any brand-name system whether we sold it or not. Nobody here works on commission, so there is nothing pushing us toward more than the job needs.
