Why industrial is a different job
Industrial HVAC repairs are more demanding than regular residential and commercial work, and it is not a close comparison. The equipment runs harder, runs longer, and when it fails it does not just make a room uncomfortable, it can stop a production line. That changes both the stakes and the skill the job actually requires.
We bring the same crew that has run residential and commercial calls in Findlay since 1989 to industrial jobs, with the years of experience and hands-on knowledge that high-power industrial machines actually need. It is not a separate company doing industrial work under the same name, it is the same shop scaled up to a bigger machine, working from the same office on Pine Avenue it has always worked from.

Chillers, by type
Industrial chiller work covers a few distinct categories, and they are not interchangeable. Process chillers hold a fluid or a piece of equipment at a set temperature for an ongoing manufacturing process, keeping something like an injection molding line or a set of plating tanks within the range it needs to run correctly, day after day.
Recipe chillers are a narrower category, built to cool a batch process against a defined temperature profile rather than holding one steady number, the kind of cooling a food, beverage or chemical batch run needs when the recipe itself specifies how fast the temperature has to drop and when. Scroll chillers cover a lot of the lighter industrial and light commercial ground in between, alongside the split systems and package rooftop units that show up on plenty of plant floors too. Knowing which category a job actually calls for is most of the work before a wrench ever comes out.
Chapter 03
Removal through new installation
A lot of what we handle on the industrial side is not a service call, it is a full-scale project: stripping out old equipment and carrying the job through to a completed new installation. That is a different scope of work than a repair, and it needs one contractor accountable for the whole handover rather than one company doing the demolition and another doing the install.
We run that entire span ourselves, from the old unit coming out to the new one going in and being commissioned, so nothing gets lost in a handoff between two different crews who never actually talk to each other about what the plant floor actually needs. On a project that size, that single point of accountability is worth as much as any part on the equipment list.
Maintenance programmes
We offer regular maintenance programmes on industrial equipment specifically to prevent breakdowns rather than react to them. On a plant floor, a breakdown does not just mean an uncomfortable afternoon, it means a stopped line and everything downstream of it waiting on the fix.
That is also the honest business reason we push maintenance on industrial accounts harder than almost anywhere else. A planned visit costs a fraction of an emergency one, and it happens on a schedule you chose instead of one a failure chose for you.

One contractor, start to finish
A recipe chiller does not just hold a fluid at a fixed number, it follows a batch through a defined temperature profile, so a food, beverage or chemical run comes out the way the recipe actually calls for. On a job that size, tearing out the old equipment and putting in the new is not two separate contracts. One crew carries it end to end, so nothing about the handover is guesswork.
In plain words: the chiller cools the batch on the schedule the recipe needs, and the same people who pull the old one out are the ones who commission the new one.
